The Serial (or serial number) is available on the side of the Datalogger, as follows:
To create an integrator account, visit the SolarView Portal at: my.solarview. com . On the home page, click 'Sign up' and fill in the requested information.
After logging into the Solarview Portal, open the menu (three bars in the upper left corner) and then click on 'Clients'. On this page you can see all customer registrations already made. To enter a new record, click 'New Customer Account'
Just log in to the Portal, open the menu (three bars in the upper left corner) and click on 'Add Unit'. When you do this, a window with the data to be filled will appear. We recommend that you create an account for the proprietary customer before creating a new drive. This account should be selected in the 'Unit Owner' field, which is one of the Unit parameters.
Log in to the Portal, open the menu (three bars in the upper left corner) and click 'Dataloggers'. In the 'Dataloggers' page all registered Dataloggers are displayed. To make a new record, click on 'New Datalogger' and fill in the requested data.
The 'Name' can be filled in freely. In 'Unit' you must select the Unit (previously created) in which the collected data will be displayed Select the model of your device in 'Datalogger'.
Finally, fill in the 'Serial Number' with the number available on the label affixed to the side of the appliance casing.
We recommend using Chrome. You can also use Mozilla Firefox. * Please note, always use the latest versions of your browser. Do not use Internet Explorer, as there may be configuration problems
The Datalogger configuration grid is available for 5 minutes. After this time, the grid is disabled and the Datalogger enters the 'Data Collection' mode.
The client only has access to the page of the unit itself - it does not have access to the portfolio. Also, he does not have access to the 'Analytics' feature or any kind of editing.
Only the integrator and the client can have access to the same Unit (plant). That is, it will be associated with the integrator and the client accounts. However, it is possible that more people have access. See how.
Selecting the 'Make the public drive' option is available in the configuration window of the power plant. You can access it by registering the plant, or if it has already been registered, open the monitoring page of the unit, go to the menu (three bars in the upper left corner of the screen) and select the 'Edit Information' option. Then, select the check box under 'Yes, I want this PV unit to be public'. Note that a link will appear. Copy this link and send it to whomever you wish. All persons with the link may have access to the plant through the same
The 'make public drive' option enables multiple people to access the monitoring page of the same drive. By selecting this option the site provides a link that, when clicked, redirects the user to the page of the unit. This link can be copied and shared freely.
This option is available in the unit configuration window (image), which can be accessed when creating it, or, after creation, accessing the portfolio and clicking the 'edit unit' option ( pencil icon).
Yes! In order to connect two or more inverters in the same datalogger we developed the Multi-Inverter Datalogger. If you still do not know this new model, please visit solarview.com.br/solutions . If you have the Multi-Inverter Datalogger and want to know how to perform the installation, see the schematic below:
The connection must be made in Daisy Chain. Connect one inverter to the other through the appropriate grid cable, respecting the inputs and outputs of data
LED Status Table (Valid only when the Datalogger is in 'Collect Mode'). During the first 5 minutes of the 'Setup' mode, the LED switches between red and orange.
Yes! If you wish to do so, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting the deletion. Do not forget to provide your name, company and the name of the unit in question. If possible, please also provide a contact phone number.
Go to the menu (three bars in the upper left corner of the screen) and click 'Dataloggers'. Indentify the datalogger in question and click on the pencil icon ('edit' in the right corner of the screen). Then, click on the 'Unit' field and select the 'None' option.
Open the page of the plant where the inverter / meter is installed; go to the menu (three bars in the upper left corner of the screen) and click 'Inverters / Meters'. Identify the inverter in question and click the lock icon (in the 'Actions' field at the end of the line on the right).

Yes! This will allow greater accuracy of data and ensure the correct operation of the product
The power of the plant is the measure, in kWh, of the power that was produced by the inverter, that is, the total power value the inverter has already 'produced'. This value is cumulative and always increases (unless the count is restarted).
Instantaneous power is the measure of the power (in kWh) that is being produced by the time the datalogger collects the data.
Economics shows the equivalence of the amount of money (in reais) saved by the use of photovoltaic energy. This value is calculated from the power of the plant (see item 7 of the FAQ) and the value of the tariff of the concessionaire (informed in the creation of the unit). That is, how much you would pay the utility for the energy produced at the plant.
There are five predefined statuses or situations:
'Running Normally' - The plant is working properly
'Not Collecting' - The Datalogger can not collect data from the inverter (communication problem);
'Offline' - The Datalogger can not communicate with the server
'In Installation' - You do not have a Datalogger associated with the plant
